We require a 24 hour notice to reschedule the follow-up call free of charge. Late cancellations cause time slots to go unused, and longer wait times for other customers. If 24 hours notice is not given, there is a rescheduling fee of $25 incurred.
We do promotions throughout the year and love for our customers to take advantage of them! We announce promotions in the announcement bar at the top of the website and include them in our weekly newsletters.
Any single test can be refunded up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Packages are non-refundable but your credit can be applied to any test offered at our 400+ partner facilities across the country.
Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank. If it has been longer than 10 business days, please let us know so that can confirm the funds left our account.
