Head of Operations

We are seeking a rockstar Head of Operations to help drive our national expansion. Your work will be instrumental in building the company into a massive personalized wellness brand.

Your will manage the company’s lab testing operations. You will join a small team in an early-stage environment with significant potential. You will oversee the entire operational process behind Fitnescity tests. You will monitor and execute on existing processes (50%), as well as develop and execute on strategies to improve operational efficiency (50%).

Requirements

Strong attention to detail is a requirement for succeeding in this position. You will probably not enjoy this role if you are not detail-oriented.

·       Leader in heart.

·       Detail-minded (you will be working with a constant flow of new information) and process-oriented.

·       Analytical but comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks.

·       Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·       Excellent communication skills with some experience with customer happiness.

Qualifications

·      You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Management.

·      You have some experience in Operations (1-4 years) at a growing start-up.

·      You are familiar with the fitness and/or health industry.
