Growth: Customer Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

·      Deeply understand our customer base, what brings them to our platform and what drives retention among cohorts.

·      Lead and refine customer cohort analysis.

·   Work closely with Operations to understand current customer pain points and implement initiatives to increase

      customer happiness.

·      Lead customer engagement end to end (newsletter, journal and other content).

·      Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities,

      prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.

·      Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth.

 

Qualifications

·      You have an Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management.

·      You have Growth / Marketing / Customer Engagement experience. You are good with numbers.

·      You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided).

·      You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement).

·      You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry.
