Fitness Testing Coordinator (Operations)

We are seeking an Operations Associate and/or Operations Manager to assist us as we expand our company’s operations nationally. Ideally, the intern would transition into a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Your role will be to help manage the company’s fitness testing operations. You will join a small team and will be responsible for assisting with operations pertaining to fitness lab tests completed by Fitnescity's partner labs and clinics. You will monitor and execute on existing processes (80%), as well as develop and execute on strategies to improve operational efficiency (20%). 

Strong attention to detail is a requirement for succeeding in this position:

·       Detail-minded (you will be working with a lot of numbers!) and process-oriented.

·       Analytical but comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks.

·       Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and with little supervision (training will be provided).

·       Excellent communication skills with some experience with customer happiness.
