Responsibilities

· Build, nurture, and update the company’s pipeline of new partners.

· Close, onboard, and manage new partners.

· Optimize partner outreach strategy across tests and verticals.

· Hire, mentor, and train new team members.

· Develop new processes and tools for streamlining Business Development and partner growth.

Qualifications

· You are ambitious, driven, and passionate. You have a strong desire to grow and gain responsibility.

· You are highly competitive by nature and have a history of exceeding goals.

· You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· You have B2B Sales and/or Business Development experience.

· You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

· You should be comfortable working with little supervision.

· You have exceptional communication skills.

· You are familiar with the healthcare and/or wellness industry.
