Fitnescity has a request-based account deletion process. If, at any time, you are no longer interested in having a Fitnescity account, you may delete your Fitnescity account by contacting us at support@fitnescity.com .
Once you confirm your request, we will immediately and automatically begin the deletion process and you will lose access to your account. Once confirmed, this process cannot be canceled, undone, withdrawn, or reversed.
You will receive a written confirmation once your account has been deleted.
If you have completed a test and signed a Consent Form, your anonymized Data will no longer be used in any future product development or research projects. We will retain limited information about you, including records of this deletion request, and other information as required by law and otherwise strictly needed for company operations.
We recommend that you review our full Privacy Policy, or email privacy@fitnescity.com, for more information about your data before submitting your request.
Please note, we will not be able to support any access requests for your Data if you delete your account. We recommend downloading or printing any Data or test results from within your account before submitting your deletion request.
